Personalised attention and training programmes are available here at the Fighting Fit Gym through our Perosnal Training membership package.

This membership package provides a complete personal training service to help you achieve your fitness goals and will get you well on your way to achieving the best shape of your life in as little as 12 weeks.

Two fully supervised, intense exercise sessions per week, coupled with the proven Fighting Fit Eating Plan result in the sculpting and transforming of your body and mind, at the same time.

Our Personal Training service takes a holistic approach to fitness by addressing the 3 main aspects of healthy living, namely cardiovascular training, resistance training and nutrition, as well as training frequency, duration and intensity. After an initial consultation, during which personal goals are established and clarified, the programme is scientifically designed and tailored to exact personal requirements, and followed up with ongoing personal supervision and coaching. This ensures time spent in the gym is not only fun, but is spent as productively and efficiently as possible, accelerating you towards your fitness and physique goals.

All programmes include:

  • Cardiovascular and resistance training

  • Nutritional analysis, overviews and advice

  • Fitness assessments including an aerobic capacity test, resting heart rate / blood pressure measurements, range of motion assessments and posture analysis

  • Regular reviews every two-to-four weeks to ensure continuous and on-going progression
