Work is due to start at the beginning of May 2012 on the gym and Dojang, which will lead to a new and improved facility to train in, especially for our Martial Arts classes. We will aim to minimise disruption to class times, although we will at some point have to transfer to a temporary venue whilst some of the work takes place, for health and safety reasons. We will let all students and parents know when and where this will be in due course, hopefully providing as much notice as possible. Classes will continue to run throughout this time, so there is no excuse not to carry on training!

A huge thank you to the students who took part in our demo at Pontypool Park on Sunday. Unfortunately, the weather didn't go to plan and the heavens opened up on us around 2 minutes into the show, sending our 50 strong crowd inside for shelter. Our students demonstrated HUGE indomitable spirit however and continued on regardless, proving that Taekwondo even works in the rain!
Well done to all the students who took part in the demo at Griff School last Saturday! We had a great crowd and the demo looked top notch! A video can now be found on the video section of the site.
Congratulations to all the students who graded on Thursday - it was a great, high quality performance from all who participated. Keep up the good work!

We have a brand new set of flags displayed in the Dojang. They really brighten up the hall and make it look really good - let us know youre thoughts! We also have a new Syllabus board up on the wall, where monthly acheivement targets will be set. This will allow us to break down the syllabus into bitesize chunks and focus on different aspects of training from month to month, keeping your training varied and interesting. Check out Augusts targets at your next class!
Congratulations to all the students who took part in last week's grading. It was a great performance by all, especially by our first-timers who showed great courage and potential! Just goes to show that all the hard training pays off! Well done guys!
