Fighting Fit - Fitness Gym & Martial Arts Academy

Thank you for inquiring about our centre. The Fighting Fit Gymnasium is part of the Fighting Fit Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, located in Griffithstown, Pontypool and run by the Welsh Taekwondo Association (Reg. Charity 1110581). It is a small, well-equipped gym located on the ground floor of the centre, and is open to everyone.

Never stepped foot in a gym before? Don't worry. The vast majority of our members hadn't either before joining us. We offer an affordable personal training service to aid people reach their goals and ensure that every minute of precious time spent in the gym is used productively and efficently. We believe this service provides the most supportive, effective and cutting edge programming available, without any hidden costs or silly exercise fads. You won't find a more qualified or highly trained fitness training team anywhere who provide such a supportive, results-driven environment in which to train. We are a community-based gym, and aim to promote physical activity to improve the quality of people's lives by getting them real results, fast.

That is why we offer a special trial membership at various times throughout the year where you can try out our personal training service for 21 days for just £21, with no obligation.
