5:10pm to 6:10pm Beginner and Intermediate Junior Taekwondo (7 to 13 years, 10th Kup - 6th Kup)
6:15pm to 7:15pm Senior Taekwondo (14 years plus)
Wednesdays
5:00pm to 6:00pm Beginner / Intermediate Junior Taekwondo (7 to 13 years, 10th Kup - 6th Kup)
6:00pm to 7:00pm Advanced Junior Taekwondo (7 to 13 years, 5th Kup - 1st Kup / Poom)
Thursdays
