28/07/2010 New Flags and Syllabus Board in Dojang
We have a brand new set of flags displayed in the Dojang. They really brighten up the hall and make it look really good - let us know youre thoughts! We also have a new Syllabus board up on the wall, where monthly acheivement targets will be set. This will allow us to break down the syllabus into bitesize chunks and focus on different aspects of training from month to month, keeping your training varied and interesting. 25/07/2010 Clean Sweep of Successful Passes in Latest Grading!
Congratulations to all the students who took part in last week's grading. It was a great performance by all, especially by our first-timers who showed great courage and potential! Just goes to show that all the hard training pays off! Well done guys!
Training During Easter Holidays
Due to school closures over the Easter Holidays, classes from Monday the 29th of March 2010 until Monday the 12th of April 2010 will run at the gym at our old class times, as detailed below:
Little Champs 4:10pm - 5:00pm
Juniors (All grades) 5:10pm - 6:10pm
Seniors (All grades) 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Classes will return to the normal format on Thursday the 15th of April 2010.
Please note, there will be no training on Monday the 5th of April 2010, due to it being a Bank Holiday.
Attendance Times for Grading on Monday 22/03/2010
Attendance times (as determined by grade) for the next grading are as follows:
White Belts and Yellow Ends 4:30pm
Yellow Belts and Green Ends 5:00pm
Green Belts and Blue Ends 5:40pm
Blue Belts and Above 6:20pm
Can all students please ensure that they wear their full dobok (including belt) and ensure that the grading fee is paid before the grading starts.
12/02/2010 The Chungdokwan National Championships
The Chungdokwan National Championships are fast approaching, scheduled to run on Saturday the 20th of March 2010. On the back of last years success, we are planning to take an even stronger team this year, so if you would like to test your mettle and compete, please see Al or Jo ASAP!
01/02/2010 2012: Fighting Chance Results So Far!
A big congratualtions to John Cregg Jnr and Lauren Robson who have both made it through the initial selection process of the 2012: Fighting Chance UK Sport Initiative! Both students will be attending the selection day later this month, so be sure to keep checking the website for the latest updates about how they get on!

07/09/2009 First Wave of Black Belts Approaching Fast!
Firstly, a big congratulations to John Cregg Jnr for achieving his Black Belt back in May. It was a fantastic performance from John, who passed with flying colours and made the exam look easy! We now have 5 more black-end students aiming for their Black Belt Grading in November 2009. Stay posted to see how they all get on, and wish them all luck!
07/09/2009 New Class Times
As many of you are already aware, our new class format will be starting soon, where Seniors and Juniors will be training together and all classes will be overseen by both Jo and Al, providing numerous benefits to all students. Classes will be better supervised and will cater for a range of grades and ability levels due to the new dual-instructor format. The new times for these classes are posted on the Class Times Page, so please be sure to go check them out ASAP, to ensure you turn up for training at the right time!
03/11/2008 Grading and Competition Results
Our latest grading, held on Monday 20th October was a huge succcess, with all students passing to a very high standard. There were particularly impressive performances from the white belts and yellow ends, who really pulled it out the bag and impressed Master Allen so much that he made a point of mentioning it to both Jo and Al afterwards. Also, the blue belts had a fantastic performance also, who despite facing far stricter grading standards, all gave 110% to take that one step closer to Black Belt. Well done guys!
06/10/2008 Forthcoming Events
We have a number of events coming up both this month and next. The first of these is our next Kup belt grading, taking place on Monday 20th October. A letter detailing times and procedure will be handed out this week. We are also planning to attend the Dorset Southern Championships on Sunday 26th October with a small team of up and coming fighters. If you are interested in competing, please see Al or Jo asap. In addition, we also have our own competition on the 9th of November 2008 in Monmouth Leisure Centre. Again, if you are interested in competing, please see Al or Jo for more information.
Forum
We have had some issues with the forums over recent months and have been unable to use them. We now have a new look forum just waiting to be used, so please reregister and lets get posting those topics.

We now have a new gallery, I'm unsure of the colours? if you have any ideas let Al know I'll see what we can do. Also if you have any photos you want to be uploaded email them to me at [email protected] or to Al or even put them onto disc and we'll check them out for inclusion to the gallery.
